Not to tell you what you should believe.
Not to become another external voice you need to follow.
But to offer something you can meet within yourself – and feel whether it resonates.
Because your truth still belongs to you.

A seed can look small.
And still change everything.
Most transformation does not happen through one enormous moment.
Sometimes it begins quietly.
One sentence that meets you exactly where you are.
One reminder that allows your shoulders to soften.
One perspective that helps you recognise fear differently.
One message that makes something inside you whisper:
"I needed this today."
That is the intention behind these messages.
Each Monday, I open to Universe and allow the message that wants to move through to be received and shared.

Or nothing dramatic at all.
And that is okay.
I do not believe spiritual connection needs to look spectacular in order to be real.
Sometimes something meets you quietly – and only later do you realize what shifted.
So when a Light Seed arrives, you don’t need to force anything from it.
Read it.
Feel it.
Take what resonates.
Release what doesn’t.
Allow your own inner authority to remain intact.
Always.
Spirituality should bring you closer to yourself.
Not farther away.
One of the deepest intentions underneath all of my work is helping women stop outsourcing their inner authority.
I share what is true in my world.
I share what I receive from Spirit.
But I never need my truth to become yours.
You are allowed to feel.
Question.
Discern.
Receive.
Say yes.
Say no.
And develop your own unique relationship with Spirit, your body and what is true within you.
That is part of what Light Seeds are here to support.
Not dependency.
Remembrance.
Not another authority outside you.
A deeper relationship with the authority within you.
