General Terms
By accessing or purchasing any offer, service, digital product, program, event, membership, or experience within this ecosystem, you confirm that:

Payment Terms
All prices are listed in USD dollars.
Payment plans are commitments, not subscriptions that may be paused or cancelled at will.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
✩ suspension of access to the program or portal
✩ removal from community spaces
✩ ineligibility for future offers until the balance is resolved
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for scheduled payments.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital, experiential, and transformational nature of this work, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
✩ preparation, energetic facilitation, administrative planning, and space allocation begin immediately after enrollment
✩ digital materials and program access may be delivered shortly after purchase
✩ your results are influenced by many personal factors beyond the control of this business, including your own participation, integration, and implementation
For this reason, refunds, partial refunds, transfer requests, or cancellations are not provided for change of mind, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, incomplete participation, or shifts in desire or availability.
If a payment plan is selected, all remaining payments remain due regardless of participation level.
Where required under applicable consumer protection laws, your rights remain protected.
For residents of regions where digital consumer regulations apply (including parts of the EU/EEA), purchasing and accessing digital content, live calls, recordings, or program materials may constitute express consent to begin digital delivery immediately, which may impact statutory withdrawal rights where permitted by law.
Digital Access & Delivery
Access details, call information, recordings, and digital materials will be delivered electronically using the email address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your contact information is accurate.
Program access periods are specific to each offer and begin from the stated start date or purchase date unless otherwise specified.
Temporary technical issues, platform outages, time zone differences, travel, or personal scheduling conflicts do not constitute grounds for refunds or payment cancellation.
Access to portals, recordings, and digital materials is licensed to the purchaser only and may not be shared, copied, redistributed, reproduced, or resold.
Community Guidelines
This ecosystem is designed to support respectful, emotionally safe, and integrity-led participation.
By entering any group space, live container, messaging thread, or community environment connected to this business, you agree to:
✩ engage respectfully with facilitators and participants
✩ avoid harassment, manipulation, discrimination, or abusive behaviour
✩ honour personal boundaries and lived experiences
✩ refrain from unsolicited coaching, diagnosing, or projecting onto others
✩ maintain confidentiality around personal sharing within the space
✩ contribute in ways that support collective safety and mutual respect
We reserve the right to remove participants from community spaces, calls, or programs if behaviour is deemed harmful, disruptive, unsafe, or repeatedly misaligned with the integrity of the container.
Removal due to guideline breaches does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Confidentiality
We ask all participants to honour the privacy and vulnerability of others within this ecosystem.
Personal stories, emotional processes, identities, breakthroughs, challenges, and shared experiences disclosed within programs or community spaces should be treated with care and confidentiality.
While every effort is made to cultivate respectful spaces, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in group environments. Participants are responsible for discerning what they choose to share.

Response times for support or communication may vary depending on weekends, holidays, launch periods, travel, or global time zone differences.
Alchemist by Spirit – Offer Terms
ALCHEMIST BY SPIRIT is a 12-week transformational cohort experience designed to support embodied identity work, spiritual activation, nervous system recalibration, and grounded leadership.
Enrollment includes:
✩ live group activation and calibration calls
✩ access to session recordings
✩ six months of portal access from the program start date
✩ access to the cohort Signal group when the cohort begins
✩ access to the alumni Signal group following completion, where applicable
This is a live English-speaking container with participants joining globally across multiple time zones.
Participants understand:
✩ live attendance is encouraged but not guaranteed due to time zone and scheduling differences
✩ recordings are provided for integration and personal review
✩ alumni spaces may evolve, pause, transition, or close over time at the discretion of the business
✩ the depth of personal transformation varies for each individual and cannot be guaranteed
Participation in this container requires personal responsibility, emotional self-awareness, and respectful engagement with both facilitators and fellow participants.
Intellectual Property
All content, teachings, materials, recordings, frameworks, processes, written content, branding, graphics, and intellectual property shared within this ecosystem remain the property of Linn Kleppa unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, taught, sold, or shared without prior written permission.
